The Church at the Southgate is located in the historic Locan Schoolhouse at 7249 E. Kings Canyon Rd—a place that has long stood as a symbol of growth, learning, and community. Once a building where young minds were shaped, it now serves as a welcoming space where people of all ages gather to worship, grow in faith, and build meaningful relationships. We invite you to experience church in a setting where history and faith come together.

Meet Our Pastor
Pastor Ray Telles has served in ministry for over 28 years, with a passion for preaching God’s Word, making disciples, and developing leaders. His heart is to see people grow in their relationship with Christ and live out their faith daily.
The vision of Southgate is to Love God and Love Others, fulfilling the Great Commission by reaching the unreachable and seeing lives healed and transformed through Jesus Christ.
Pastor Ray and his wife, Arlene, have been married for 42 years and are blessed with two sons and four grandchildren.
